Sunken Foundation Solutions

Our Specialty: Foundation Push Piers

This home in Rapid City needed 7 Piers to repair a sunken corner. All of our Push Piers come with a 25-year manufacturer and labor warranty.

Our Foundation Push Piers Up Close

On this project in Sturgis, we used Push Piers to lift and stabilize the natural stone foundation. We also applied carbon fiber mesh and stucco base coat to strengthen the existing rock.

Crawl Space Encapsulation Radon Mitigation Project

Deadwood, SD Project

True natural stone retaining wall we did for the Deadwood Historical Preservation

Before

Deadwood Project Before

After

Rapid City, SD Project

Installed I-beam straps to secure the wall.

Sturgis, SD Project

Tore out the old foundation and replaced with a new footing and block foundation.

Nemo, SD Project

The log posts were sinking, so we installed concentric push pier directly underneath the main posts to lift and stabilize. The original stones were put back in place.

Lead, SD Project

120-year-old house was rotting out and falling apart. We reframed the lower end of the house with treated wood, sealed it all up, backfilled and poured concrete against the house to help divert water away from the house.

Deadwood, SD Project

Tore down and rebuilt the old stone foundation using the same stone that we tore out.

Summerset, SD Project

Added retaining wall to park the RV camper.

Crawl Space Encapsulation

We will encapsulate the entire crawl space with a thick vapor barrier that keeps moisture and radon gases out of the crawl space. A simple, yet important, step in keeping your house moisture free.
