The log posts were sinking, so we installed concentric push pier directly underneath the main posts to lift and stabilize. The original stones were put back in place.

Lead, SD Project

120-year-old house was rotting out and falling apart. We reframed the lower end of the house with treated wood, sealed it all up, backfilled and poured concrete against the house to help divert water away from the house.
