Billy and his team saved our house!! We thought we solved the “sinking” problem by hiring the best company in town - fast forward 3 yrs house was developing cracks and shifting again. Called Billy and he zeroed in on the problem - the piers (support) were too short and we needed to dig deeper. Billy and his team just completed the project. As someone who has remodeled many times before, I can without question, say he is the best in the field. He and his team are on time, they clean up, and so hard working. For someone so young, he has miles of experience - he is the man.

We had some basement walls repaired that was made of cinder block and was leaning inward from a mixture of age and not installed correctly!! Mr Schlosser and his crew were very punctual and communicative during the whole construction process!! They left the property in much better condition when they were done and left!! We highly recommend them for any of your basement wall repairs!!

Reached out to Billy after a mutual friend recommend his company for foundation inspections. Received a phone call back very promptly and scheduled the inspection. Billy was very knowledge and took his time looking over the property and was willing to help us out on the weekend. He was honest about what he recommended be done with the property. Very easy to get ahold of and knowledgeable in his expertise. We plan to use Billy in future projects and recommend him to anyone that might have foundation needs!

Thoroughly amazed with the quality of work these gentlemen did on our home. They were extremely hard workers that returned my phone calls, showed up to work when they said they would, and cleaned up the area each day. You don't find many younger people with this work ethic anymore. Would highly recommend them and will use them again!
